Delivery

I will dispatch your cards as soon as possible after your payment has been received and/or cleared. In most cases this is normally within seven working days after your order has been placed, but is often much sooner.

All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. If you require a special delivery arrangement please contact me for a price in advance. Your card(s) will be sent to you in a protective envelope or box (depending on how many cards you are buying) so that they should reach you in pristine condition.

Postage and packing of cards is charged at the following rates:

• Orders up to £5.00 = £0.99
• Orders from £5.01-£15.00 = £1.99
• Orders from £15.01-£30.00 = £2.50
• Orders over £30 = FREE

NB Wedding stationery to be collected or higher delivery fee charged separately

Returns

Please note that regrettably I cannot give refunds on personalised cards or wedding stationery.

Postage

Please note that although most of my cards will go for the normal letter size, many are more than 5mm thick due to the quality of the embellishments I use, and are therefore classed as a large letter. It is always wise to check with the Post Office before posting, otherwise the recipient will have to pay the additional postage plus a £1 handling charge.

Card Posting service

I am more than happy to post your card for you, just let me know when ordering your card what you would like me to write inside your card, the onward address and when it needs to arrive by. Obviously the cost of onward postage will be included in the price of your card and agreed with you in advance.
